1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our courses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of enrollment for Starter and Pro plans. Simply contact our support team — no questions asked.

2. Lifetime Plan Refunds

For Lifetime plan purchases, we offer a 7-day refund window. After 7 days, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you have consumed more than 25% of the course content, the refund request may be denied.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@aivyapaar.academy with your registered email address and reason for refund. We process refunds within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds: (a) Requests made after the refund window, (b) Accounts terminated for violation of Terms, (c) Downloaded digital assets that have been used commercially, (d) Service fees charged by payment processors.

5. Chargebacks

We kindly ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team. Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in account suspension.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this refund policy periodically. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs your transaction. Continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of any updates.
